Valencian paella, for example, which is known by many from holidays taken in Spain, is a rice dish which comes in many varieties and is served at many restaurants. With the frying pan from STAUB, you can easily whip up paellas and many other Mediterranean dishes at home. The black frying pan is inspired by the shape of the classic Paellera, the Spanish paella pan, which has a very large diameter and is relatively flat in shape. In it, paellas as well as other vegetable or pasta dishes, which must be evenly heated over a large surface, can be prepared. The rice must not be stirred while cooking. The roaster with two handles has a diameter of 34 cm and is suited for all types of cookers. The cast-iron paella pan retains heat very well and slowly distributes it to the food being cooked. Available in classic black, you can use it to serve Mediterranean pan-fried dishes directly to the table. It fits in just perfectly with modern dish sets just as well as it does with earthenware.
