The black frying pan is inspired by the shape of the classic Paellera, the Spanish paella pan, which has a very large diameter and is relatively flat in shape. In it, paellas as well as other vegetable or pasta dishes, which must be evenly heated over a large surface, can be prepared. The rice must not be stirred while cooking. The roaster with two handles has a diameter of 34 cm and is suited for all types of cookers. The cast-iron paella pan retains heat very well and slowly distributes it to the food being cooked. Available in classic black, you can use it to serve Mediterranean pan-fried dishes directly to the table. It fits in just perfectly with modern dish sets just as well as it does with earthenware.
