Henry Rivers is a British illustrator whose mission it is to capture the wonderful places of the world in a playful, minimalist style. Having grown up on the Isle of Wight, art was always a big part of his life. As a boy, he would go to a watercolour group with his Grandma and was the youngest attendee by a good 60 years! Henry trained as an architect before becoming an illustrator. His keen eye for architecture shines through in his prints with his technical drawing training evident in his re-imagining of famous buildings. Henrys collection of contemporary travel posters combine his passion for travel and love of design. When away from the studio and exploring a new place, Henry will always have his sketchbook in hand, capturing the essence of a location in scribbles and sketches. Henry will re-visit ideas and re-tweak every few weeks. It can often take a year or so to go from scribble to the finished digital piece. The Art Deco travel advert has a huge influence on Henrys work. Inspired by artists such as A.M. Cassandre, his designs take on clean geometric forms. Cool colours and minimalist compositions come together in his modern interpretations of the vintage poster.

    Delivery Times: 

    Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

    Ireland & The Channel Islands:

    All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option, which has a fixed fee of £7.95. Orders to the Channel Islands can be delivered via express delivery (£9.50) in 2 days or within 3-4 days using our standard delivery. Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 7-10 days.

    Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
