The Pasta roller attachment turns your homemade pasta dough into beautiful thin sheets. Designed for ease and control, this stainless steel pasta roller is an optional attachment which fixes securely to the attachment hub of your mixer. You can create sheets of any thickness using the 8 thickness settings.
Always start at the widest setting (number 1) and then gradually increase through the scale as you keep on rolling it through. Thick tagliolini, medium for lasagne or thin for linguine or ‘angel hair’ pasta. Feed the dough through at least 3 times for each setting, always folding it up and then putting it through again. Don’t forget to sprinkle flour to avoid the dough sticking. Your fresh pasta sheets will be up to 14 cm wide and perfectly smooth and even - all ready to use or cut with the KitchenAid Pasta cutter (sold separately). This commercial-style pasta roller comes with a handy cleaning brush. Authentic pasta is fun to create. Why not make colourful pasta with natural dyes such as carrot, pepper or beetroot.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.

Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option, which has a fixed fee of £7.95. Orders to the Channel Islands can be delivered via express delivery (£9.50) in 2 days or within 3-4 days using our standard delivery. Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
